Burum Basics Module One

Welcome to Burum Basics! Here we aim to take you through the basics of beer, wine and cider. The first syllabus will cover the foundations of learning, growing, pressing, ingredients, making, fermenting, packaging, tasting, serving and storing. Content will be uploaded monthly into each topic, and will be presented to you in order of the syllabus in order to assist new learners.

Our core education team is made up of a mixture of current students and alumni of beer, cider or wine education, so we know how difficult self study can be. If you read something in our content that you’re still not 100% sure about, please don’t be shy, shoot an email to hello@burumcollective.com and we will ensure to get answers to your questions as quickly as we can.
